1. Who we are
Sen Consulting Limited, 239-241 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5QU, United Kingdom is the data controller for personal data collected through Tek Konu. Contact: info@saadetsen.com.
2. What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your booking details, including the topic you describe
- Payment status and amount (card details are handled by Stripe and never shared with us)
- Basic technical data such as IP address, collected by our booking and meeting tools
Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in your topic description. Sessions are not recorded.
3. Why we use it
To manage your booking, hold the session, send confirmations and reminders, take payment, keep accounting records, and respond to your requests. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run Tek Konu: Cal.com (booking), Stripe (payments), Google (Google Meet and calendar) and our email/SMS providers, plus authorities where required by law. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Booking data for up to 2 years after your session; payment and accounting records for 6 years, as required by UK law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@saadetsen.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you live in Turkey, you also have rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
7. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from saadetsen.com, which means your IP address is shared with those providers.
