Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Tek Konu is provided by Sen Consulting Limited, 239-241 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5QU, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: info@saadetsen.com.
2. The service
Tek Konu is a live, one-to-one, 30-minute online conversation with Saadet Şen on a single topic chosen by you, held on Google Meet at the date and time you book.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the booking page before you pay. Payment is taken in full at booking by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your bank may charge a fee for payments to a UK company.
4. Booking
Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete. You will receive a confirmation and your Google Meet link by email and SMS. By booking, you accept these Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
5. The session
- The session starts at the booked time and lasts 30 minutes. If you join late, it still ends at the scheduled time.
- If you do not join within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as delivered.
- You are responsible for your own device and internet connection.
- Sessions are not recorded. You may not record or share the session without our written permission.
6. Cancellations and refunds
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: once the session has taken place, it is not refundable.
7. Important
Tek Konu is a perspective conversation. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for the decisions you make. The service is for people aged 18 and over.
8. Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
