Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once your session has taken place, it is not refundable. Each session is a live conversation reserved only for you, so please choose a time that truly suits you.
Before your session
Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of booking, as long as your session has not yet taken place. Email info@saadetsen.com and we will refund you within 14 days. When you book, you ask for the session to take place within this 14-day period and accept that your right to cancel ends once the session has been delivered.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
- Confirmed bookings cannot be rescheduled. In exceptional circumstances you may email info@saadetsen.com; any change is at our discretion.
- If you do not join within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable.
If we cancel
If the session cannot take place for reasons on our side, we will offer you a new time or, if you prefer, a full refund to your card within 14 days.
